[There's a horrible sobbing of a child, obviously a Little Sister by the odd echo of the cries; frantic footsteps are heard as well as the screaming from afar. Cindy's running down hallways, split from anyone she was originally with.

Darkness is here and she can't handle it, she's so scared, more than anything like she was when the Big Sister took

[He hears her voice, and, after his night, he doesn't give a flying shit anymore. He finds her, no small feat with the screams throwing off his senses, and when he does he gets down on one knee and holds a hand out to her.] C'mon, now, little one. [His voice sounds foreign to him, rapsy and dark, but he ignores it.]

[She looks up and- for the first time in a few minuets- stops screaming, her knight in shining armour here at her feet. Naturally she instantly takes his hand and hugs him.]

I'm scared Mister Bubbles.

I know. [He hugs her tightly for a moment, then pulls back.] ...Do you want to ride on my back?

[She nodes and puts her hands up in the air, obviously knowing that she couldn't climb up there by herself, just like the air vents.]

[Lamb is lying on her bed, trying to recover from the fun encounters of last night. When she hears Cindy something in the back of her head tells her she should be concerned, should put more effort into this, but when she picks up the communication device there's hardly more than indifference in her voice.]

[She sounds quiet, tired even.]

Everything seems dark now, Miss Lamb.

[At the mention of Mister Bubbles Lamb's mind just drifts off to her special unhappy place. Whatever ambition she had to help Cindy is gone now, although she is still listening. Sort of, anyway.]

[She sighs, turns around and actually lets go of the device, which is now lying next to her on the bed, broadcasting the elusive 'Lamb's ceiling' channel.]
