it's OK - they're only targeting a total of 16 year-olds for two months, then it'll all be over.
Srsly - could they not get an intern with a grasp of proper English to write this letter?

Interesting idea. I like the issue of dangling the tuition carrot but what will these 16 yr olds actually do? Will they be made to work in hospitals and carehomes? Primary schools?

An army of 16 yr olds? It has potential. I'd like to see what they do about health and safety. I have to fill out 9 forms to take my U18's off the premises.

And what happened with keeping all kids in school until the age of 18...? Mmm
