I'm fairly certain that CNN is trying to make Bush look like a fool at all times. First, they had the heading saying "Bush: Worst disaster in US history", which was reporting on his response to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and now comes this

Strangely enough, CNN is actually considered mildly conservative. They're all I watch/read, though.
