the gm held this laksa party for lunch for some of the managers and their staff. not too bad although it felt rather strange being there. laksa's good on a nice cold rainy day but i felt so full and sleepy afterwards...

i can't believe i rushed down to united square and back during my lunch break for b&j's but oh well for the fun of it haha. the queue was crazy long but actually it moved pretty fast. and it was such a tough choice to pick a flavour. i kept changing my mind every time i decided.

mel and i didn't let patty get a cup coz it was free CONE day. haha.

oh sat i had to work. BUT the good thing bout work was that i got to watch a face-lift surgery. so i was just standing there during the whole 2-3h thinking 'ooh cool i get paid to watch this!'. it wasn't really bloody actually and my feet were rather tired from standing so long. plus it was cold in the OT coz we had to change into scrubs. but yeah ( Read more... )

well during work today, i was reading through the SMA newsletter and found some bits of interesting info. advice a doctor gave regarding working in the hospital environment. well i thought i prob did apply to most environments.
