Last October was a really busy month for me. I was accepted to be a presenter at a professional conference - my first time being accepted and first time presenting! - so most of the month was spent getting my presentation together, updating my resume/vitae, and making international travel arrangements, as the conference was held in Montreal. Yep, busy as usual. I thought life would slow down once I graduated but really the opposite has happened! I certainly haven't been bored, that's for sure. :)

I'm such a procrastinator. I suck at updating (and answering emails, and making phone calls...) I've been checking in occasionally, mostly reading though. BUT I'm trying to post more often since I actually have stuff to talk about! (And now LJ is having serious issues, WTH?!)

And thanks! We had a lot of fun on Halloween. I might be able to make C something for next year. L has already expressed interest in a pink Aurora costume, so of course he'll need a prince-ly costume. We'll see if anything comes of it! :)
