Still getting over the strep throat, it really does suck. Everyone's telling me "Oh yeah, I had it so many times", and I'm like "I'm sorry to hear that..." You know, I've had it 13 times... and I STILL have my tonsels =P
I think losing them is running away from the problem. Over time your body will develop natural immunity to it. Your choice though.

I had it 14 times in one year, before I got my tonsils out and numerous times as a kid...Immunity my ass!

Same for me Jessi. As a child, my Adnoids / Tonsils were so infected at all times, I had not tasted food until I was 6 years old (after I got them both removed). I had not breathed through my nose until after then either.
