I have around 3 days left in Los Angeles, and I intend to spend them wisely. Okay, so my days at LA have been completely packed with adventure and full of life. I'm glad I took the trip instead of staying home in France. I really needed something to pick me up, and this did, enormously.

Someone once told me that Los Angeles means the City of Angels. I can see why. Everybody here is an angel. From the hotel staff to the chauffeur to the room service to the people in the shops, I love Los Angeles. I think Lilas is enjoying it too. I cannot really recall the formation of events the day my daughter was born. Lilas was born in Paris at 2:15 in the morning on a misty night. I had to drop out of my plane trip to the US at the last minute. An old friend called and said that my attendance at the Film Festival in Cannes was imperative. So I stayed, dug up a dress, and went to Nice.
