With fish costing what it does, I'm thinking I probably need to put the fish to a good use...which means at least a couple of guests for fish cut to sushi size.
If fish were cheaper, yeah, it would've already happened.

What am I missing - a new left-handed yanagiba sushi/sashimi knife sounds like a great excuse to buy a bunch of fish?
