PayPal sent me a survey the other day. I told them in no uncertain terms that I seldom recommend PayPal anymore for two reasons: CENSORSHIP and (essentially, another form of) CENSORSHIP (the fact that they will confiscate all of the funds of a PayPal member for any infraction--real or imagined--of their draconian rules and "policies." Most of which boils down to "if what you sell offends our delicate sensibilities, which are informed by the Far Right, we can take your money from you, because we're right." I can't see recommending that anyone turn over their hard earned money to a service that can, on a whim, steal it from them.)
I gave them very low ratings on anything to do with customer service, customer relations, how I view PayPal (positively or negatively) and every time I was asked to give an explanation, I gave those two reasons.
I still use PayPal, but if there were a good alternative out there, I'd consider it. Sad thing is, reight now, there isn't.
