Wow...this is kind of creepy. On my web server, I can see what keywords are used to get to my site from a search engine. This was one of them for the week of 12/18 - 12/24: "brent leeann new home bloomington

family may be curious to see your new house,
or someone invited to the party who knows brent just might want more information.

It's weird if you know that I had an ex-boyfriend that was pretty much stalking me/us last year. I always assume it's him that is making these searches. But Brent thinks it was his step-mom who was searching for our address online.

I wonder why people don't just call if they want this information (our address and info about a party...whatever party that is!) Haha!

hey, it's dana from petbulls.

so, i saw that sistahraven had an icon that looked like bella and then started looking at bella's pics in the memories section to see if it was really her. then i got the duh! idea to just click on your journal, thinking you might have the same icon (i was just curious if it really was her).

which is how i stumbled on this entry -- because it is like the second or so public entry you have on here -- and saw the stalking thing and got curious enough to read it.

(all that cuz i didn't want to freak you out and make you think i was stalking your LJ! haha)

but i am curious -- how exactly can you tell who is searching for you online? would you mind sharing? i have a questionable ex as well and would be curious to check on who's searched for me...

also, i should say if i haven't before, that bella is one of my favorites and i miss her at petbulls... :-P

I had forgotten all about this post! I think I made it public to let whoever was searching for me on the internets know that I knew they were searching for me. :) Back when I made this post, I had my own website called www.creativebeauty.org. One of the functionalities I got when I paid for the domain name and server space was an admin area where I could see all of the page views, search words, etc. associated with my website. Right now I run www.secondchanceforpets.com for my rescue group, and I've noticed that people have found it by searching for my full name. I wish it would tell me IP addresses of those searches, but it doesn't.

I don't know how you can find out if your ex has been searching for you other than having your own website with an admin area.

Bella is missed at Petbulls? I will definitely have to post some new pictures of her over there! :)
