I have a feeling that a truly good person would not be a person in the conventional sense. It depends on what you define as "good" and "person"?

And on further thought I think that absolutes such as good and evil are arbitrary subjective creations of limited perspective.

It's an interesting topic for sure... I don't think there are either "good" or "bad" people, just people who do good and bad things. A person who I might consider an arsehole could be seen as the best person in the world to someone else... A serial killer, for example, would be defined as a "bad" person, but they probably still do good things to the people they care about (if there are any). I think there are people who are more kind or more friendly than others, more selfless, more giving, sacrificial. Then there are people who only care for themselves. But simply "good" or "bad" is too vague.

BTW, hope you don't mind my commenting. I clicked on your journal through a comment you made in an entry by Maz, and this entry caught my attention...
