Ugly hair stage.

So I am growing out my hair, and it is at the ugly stage.

I really want to cut it short again, but that is just weak.

I'm considering extensions, has anyone ever had them before? Are they high maintenance?

Will likes longer hair, but I just can't seem to tough it out through the ugly stage... any tips?

I do hair extensions as a hobby, and yes they're very high maintenance and quite difficult to get looking natural. There are many different methods of extending hair, so it really depends on which one you go for

This is really great advice thank-you. I will just have to tough it out I think, as although I have enough money to maintain the extensions, I would rather spend it on other things than fake hair!

I've had extensions many a time, only to learn that they are a pain in the butt, and too expensive, even if you get cheaper ones on ebay

Great advice. I have two wigs coming, it might help me get through the ugly stage. I am scared people will know its a wig, how do you go with your wigs? Do people comment on it?

If I wear my pink wig, I get alot of comments from people asking if its real, but I got that when I actually had my real hair dyed pink too xP
