Chalis...are you back as yet...How have you been...?
Ank...where are you roaming...do you travel a lot...?
I have family at home and am relaxing with them. We are celebrating my husband's birthday.

Hi Leela,
Thanks for asking! I am back but it wasn't the holiday I needed and wanted. I went away with 4 other people, 2 of which I hadn't met before and 1 of which I only met briefly once. The dynamics in the group were very difficult at times and although the time was rich in learning and processing it was hard work. There were lovely aspects too... beautiful singing together, gorgeous coast, very lovely house we stayed in. But altogether I feel like I need a holiday now!!

Sounds like you are having a nice relaxing time with your family. That's precious!

Hi Ank...There is no way of checking the meandering mind...let it be..ofcourse, you can try and engage it elsewhere, if you have that capacity.... Leela is a good option :-)

I mean... may your mind engage in leela with the Lord...There is no where that he is not.Meditate on Him in all His glory.
