Tonight I made Stromboli for the first time. If I had known how easy it was I'd have been making them regularly for years!! I was able to throw one together and feed the kids in the 40 minutes between getting home from work and taking Aeryn to her dance class. Bonus, all the kids liked it. This will definitely become a regular dinner around here :)

A Stromboli is basically a rolled up pizza. My son said it was like a Hot Pocket, but better!
