I haven’t posted in ages. Mad mad times. I sold my house and have spent the last 3 or 4 weeks clearing it out. Finally moved into my new place about 2 weeks ago and have spent the intervening time unpacking and taking rubbish to the tip. Still haven’t finished but am almost there

Hey man! So good to hear from you!! Sounds like things have been heavy and hectic. it's a growing process: this re-integrating into mainstream life and getting on with things. lots has changed with you, but glad to hear you're picking up with the hobbies and the exercise and you're in your own place...I'm very happy for you. :) as for little me, I am starting my grad program in exactly one month. dating a new guy who is wonderful. discovering new music like bloc party and obsessing over the white stripes. still a homeless bassist. books: entombed. films: been checking out a number of korean and japanese thriller/action films and I'm discovering that there are definite cultural differences between a japanese action flick and an american one. and that's both for the better and the worse. job: doing social work at a hospital and I'm really enjoying it.
