You could say it, but you would be about as correct as saying the sky is dark green.

Lee's conjecture is that a library is a storage space or a hoarding of information.

Whereas the two options you give are specifically designed to give things out. The first one is so obvious it is even in the name; Internet PROVIDER, not Internet Storer. Secondly schools dont exist to hoard knowledge they exist to disseminate that knowledge.

Iunno, I could see the internet as being a temple of knowledge, constantly desecrated by the masses.. I mean, MySpace.

And you are wrong, customer service id basically the same as a library, in the way we just store the stuff.
