Just a short one. My long day is over. Not terribly bad, thank goodness. One happy thing that happened today. Kyle got on my case about not taking off next Thursday for my birthday. Yep, I'm really excited about being off on my birthday. I don't think I ever have been, unless it's fallen on a Saturday or Sunday and even some years I worked on those days too! But I'm glad I'll get to spend it with you and Kelli at the Melting Pot. :) *hugs*

Birthdays should always be taken off. I take mine off every year, because dammit, it's my own personal holiday. Memorial Day, 4th of July, even Christmas all pale beside my birthday. You should spend the day doing whatever you want.

Oh, I plan on doing what I want, well mostly. Just found out there's a training class for work that I have to attend, but that should only be 1-2 hours. The rest of the day is mine for the taking :) I guess I've just never figured I should take my birthday off, but I'm going to try and do that from now on as it seems like a good idea.
