Also, sadly, I've been missing my martial arts lately due to my most recent injury (why do they have to come in strings) a sprained right knee... what's up with that? I mean, I try to do something good (i.e. run) and I get a sprained knee that makes it hard to even walk... it's obnoxious.

Nope, not ankle, knee... it's really bizarre... I didn't think it was possible, and it feels, for all the world, like it did after I dislocated my knees before, except it didn't come with the searing bolt of immediate pain that usually goes with those. It just kinda grew... I think it may have been the gimpy knee brace I was wearing on the knee at the time or something... hum...
My ankles, interestingly enough, haven't been really bad off since middle school when I twisted one landing on someone else while playing basketball.
