lol geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek...
actually, i'd probably do a similar thing. except i don't trust wireless internet. its good for public access areas... but when i have a choice, i prefer a hard link :-)

what's the range on your antenna? do you have equal signal strength everywhere in the house, or does it only love you in certain rooms?

Range on the antenna is quite good. It's not always consistent though, which is probably to be expected. We get 'very good' signal through the house ranging up through 'excellent,' but sometimes the signal in my room drops to 'very poor'. But the connection still seems fine when it does that. So... I dunno. We haven't had any problems so far though. Other than getting the damn thing to actually connect to the laptops with wireless. That required some pain.

Considering I'm leeching off someone's unsecured network at this very moment, I kinda have to agree with the whole not trusting thing.

Also, why is my sister last? Why not the DEL household? I mean, possible questions of copyright infringement aside.

Our network is secure and passworded. And I will not tell you the password.

It was the DEL house originally, because I was going alphabetically to be fair and equal. But we decided ELD sounded better. So there's your answer. Snarly male. :oP
