January: Last night I saw this cover band of sorts play at the Knitting Factory (downtown, in Tribecca) with my friends Anna and Julie.

February: While riding the train to work this week, I read this in the New Yorker and nearly laughed out loud:"Attracting female readers other than its exhibitionistic

Well, no helpful insight gained here except the discovery that I do not write gripping or overly descriptive first sentences to my entries.

I felt the same way when I looked at mine, so I didn't post it.
