I am increasingly disappointed in the American public's stupidity.

yeah, I wondered if I was going to get in trouble with throwing "unconstitutional" out there without doing my research.

can I say "unconstitutional" meaning in principle, or is use of that determination limited to Supreme Court justices?

Well, I think "un-constitutional" is one of those words that gets thrown around too much. But no, there's gotta be a way for us common folks to weigh in on the subject. Right? I don't know.
