I've started working out again in hopes of putting an end to my perpetually foul mood. It seems to be helping a bit. I've been feeling alot less angry for the last week or so. In a little over a week, Im doing more reps with the same amount of weight that I was using when I stopped a month and a half earlier.

This morning I woke up screaming at the top of my lungs. Apparently Kali started barking and i started screaming. I then went back to sleep and dreampt of zombies.

I think I am losing my ability to control my anger. People piss me off.

Attention grey haired minivan driver: people on bicycles are legally allowed to take the whole lane. Further, crossing the Johnson St bridge, bicycles are legally required to take the whole lane and cars are not permitted to pass.
