I'm vaguely more of the opinion that asking the question "does porn degrade women?" in itself degrades women more than porn might. Exploitation happens everywhere, and the most insidious supporter of exploitation is misplaced blame. Don't blame the fact that naked pictures exist and then let the manipulative ass who coerced a naive kid to get naked off the hook.

I've seen porn that I think degrades everyone involved, lol, but if that's what people want to do, it's okay by me.

My first objection to porn is that it's rare to find porn that actually shows people enjoying sex. Porn generally portrays unrealistic sex between people with unrealistic bodies. This looks better on screen. But when it's used for self-education -- let's be honest, it is -- it teaches a whole lot that needs to be un-learned later ( ... )

I agree with you. Porn in and of itself degrades no-one. The Porn industry does have it's problems, however, and can be degrading to it's female talent.
