You could A: use the seeds - whole or ground (in a coffee grinder more economical and fresher than commercial) in cooking, baking etc. Dump them over cereal, hot or cold, or soy yogurt, etc. etc.
B: You could get the oil and use it in salad dressings or smoothies, juice drinks or other cold applications. Or if you're up to it just swallow a spoonful down.
