Event E: A to Z/ 26 memories appear: A group of ‘immortal’ super-mercenaries called NEVER has taken the City of Fuuto hostage. They intend to destroy the city using a super laser if the T2 Joker memory is not found. As people scramble to find this memory, it happens to land in the Narumi Detective Agency’s building. With Philip kidnapped, 24 different Dopants on the loose, and the Lost Driver presented to him, Shotaro uses the memory to become Kamen Rider Joker to try and get both his Partner back and keep the City of Fuuto safe from the leader of NEVER, Katsumi Daido: Kamen Rider Eternal. Event 11: The grand F/End of EXE: The leader of EXE is revealed to be the Dummy Dopant, and has aligned himself with Dai-shocker for funding. Using the powers of mimicry, it cycles through various enemies encountered in the past. After a rather large mindscrew of a battle, The dopant shifts to Claydoll form, and tries to tap into Xreme, only to have the memory malfunction. The result is a giant monstrous amalgam of different Dopants, incredibly powerful, but totally mindless. Time to put him down. (F stands for both Fight and Finale. Dopants will still appear, but they will be few and far inbetween. This marks the end of Double's Canon)
