i tink the reason letchmi moderated ur marks (i.e. not taking 100%) was becuz it will be unfair to those ppl hu did betta than u in the 1st test but still got to high to b eligible for the retest...den end up u get damn high den they haf to settle for the low marks...
but well ur marks improved anyway...so smth gd still came out of it rite? ;)
