a chitlin is something very backwoods southern. and very disturbing. Im not exactly sure what they are. im not sure anyone knows exactly what they are. I would avoid them at all costs. For your health and the health of others.

Im pretty sure theyre made from pig intestines. but im not 100% and theyre deep fried or something. Ive seen them in stores here, but I try to stay away from them. :o)

i think they're boiled. or i might be thinking of some other disgusting thing i've seen.... chitlins, pickled pigs feet, pig brains, pig ears. yes, all of this is available in the canned meat aisle of your local piggly wiggly, kids.
