ugh, reminds of when people would come to the circ desk saying "i'm looking for a book..." i always felt like congratulating them that they had made it as far as the right building. or better yet, when they asked where all the books were!!

I've gotten that question in the labs too (and not just Multi-media!) I've even had one person demand I get the book for them! Uh, no!
