Is Nate an agoraphobic? That's the first thing that popped into my head when I read this. And if so, yes, my heart aches for him too. I've read about how agoraphobics just become so consumed by fear that they wind up becoming more or less prisoners in their own homes. It would certainly explain why he never appears anywhere with his brothers.
Now what is Shane's problem? That's my next question. Is he just fed up with covering for Nate, or is there something else nagging at him? At the moment Shane's not particularly likable, but I can be persuaded otherwise. lol
This is very interesting so far, Steph. I'm looking forward to reading more. :)
Glad to have a reader. :) My heart does ache for poor Nate. I wouldn't say he's a prisoner in his own home - I don't think his brothers would allow that - but he is very nervous and fearful. :(
Ah, Shane... Shane is something else, isn't he? He is very sick of covering for Nate, yet there is more to him than meets the eye. He certainly is a jerk though! PS: Should also mention that the mom from WoWP plays Connie Torres (the mom) in this film. :)

Nate nodded and lifted the green box as proof.
“Right on.”
Woo! Yay, Morningstar! Sad Target doesn't sell them anymore, I love them!
Poor Nick. I'm calling him Nick, Nate is too confusing, LOL. What's wrong with you little guy?
