It's 3:30 am in Penzberg and I cannot sleep. I did get up with Rosebud a few hours ago as she also was awake. She is blissfully sleeping now

It sounds awesome there. I bet the scenery is something straight out of The Sound of Music :lol:. Our apartment was also really funny with outlets and stuff. Our kitchen had a microwave, stove cooktop, dorm-sized fridge sans freezer, and no oven. We ate a lot of schnitzel :lol:. Also I'm surprised you have a closet but no drawers. We found the opposite--lots of dressers but no closets. There were like 50 schranks to choose from at Ikea!

Mmmm, Milka. I can't remember if I said or not, but she will be doing laundry for us as it's less expensive with her than if we had the hotel do it. Fortunately, David's friends Louise and Jeremy are happy to do laundry for us, too.

I saw Ass+C in the pharmacy today and thought of you. haha!

We are thinking of going to Innsbruck this weekend, if we can get a good deal on a rental car. It looks even more like The Sound of Music than Penzberg does. I can't wait! (It costs just as much to go by train, and takes a lot longer)

Welcome to Germany! That's so exciting. I'm glad that Rosebud did well on the flight, that must have been a huge relief.

It was such a huge relief, as you can imagine I'm sure. I was so worried that she was going to be miserable. Nope - she did great!
