Damned jetlag.

Once again, I haven't slept very much. I am having a very difficult time with jetlag, in large part because of Rosebud. At midnight, she awoke again and wanted to play! I was just thinking about you today! :) I hope you're well.

The first day I just HAD to take a nap! I usually try not to do that but I just couldn't get through the rest of the day - I didn't sleep on the plane as I was cuddling the baby the whole way. And yesterday, I didn't take any naps during the day, but the baby kept me awake and then I couldn't sleep. I really hope the baby adjusts soon, because I will be so much happier.

I haven't been to Berlin in ages and want to make a trip there. Wouldn't it be fun if we could meet in Berlin? (I'm serious!) It's about eight hours away, but flights are pretty cheap!

oh cool! *crosses fingers*
Besides, you'll probably need a German language guide, right? :D

The icicles on your house are amazing and beautiful. Quite a sight - from an ice storm? (I'm just quickly catching up here with my LJ so I'm kinda skim reading)

I wish I had taken pictures when we first arrived. Everything was covered in fluffy snow. It was so gorgeous, like a postcard.

Yesterday was rainy in the evening; today, around 32 degrees and sunny. Lovely for a walk!

Oh fluffy snow. I'm so jealous. I miss that. Haven't really seen snow like that since I was a kid.
