It was interesting to read what Sue Rostoni thought about the book, or at least what she'll admit to thinking about it.

I'm kind of unsettled too about the skipping of a few years so we won't read about the characters grieving over Jacen. Well...to me that's kind of skipping the best parts. I want to know what Jaina and his parents and Luke and everyone else involved is thinking and feeling about the situation. After the heat of battle is over with, you know they'll start to actually grieve and remember Jacen the way he once was, and that tends to change people and dramatically affects how they feel and react to things.

Han and Leia and Allana zipping around the galaxy looking for "adventure" is fine and dandy but I don't want what's happened during LOTF brushed under the rug.

They're saying it'll only be about two years between Invincible and Millennium Falcon but that still skips over a good bit of the aftermath of what happened. Of course, they could do a lot of flashback writing. And then again they may not address it much at all.
