ORTEGA HWY: BODY FOUND!
The body of a woman was found off of Ortega Hwy this morning by motorists. Her head and hands were cut off. I guess they think she was killed somewhere else and then dumped over there. This is terrible, almost as bad if not worse than the Turnbull Canyon Murder that still hasn't been solved. They can't even identify the body at this point
