Wow. Sad thing is I could think of at least a handful of people on my fb friend list who might say something like that (mostly my hick cousins, but that's neither here nor there).
The only time Caps Lock is acceptable is in the parenting 101 community on the Caps Lock Friday post. The end. ;)
