Have had a lovely relaxing weekend to make up for a rather lengthy week. The hearing on Thursday went well, so I'm relieved to have that done. Maybe I can actually go to all my classes this week

Who knows, might even get a little bit of the 3L paper done!
Heh. I'm totally watching the game.
But re: 3L paper -- I somehow persuaded a fellow law review person -- and Yankees fan -- to write his on Ballgate: who owns the final World Series out ball, Minky, the Sox, or MLB. There's all kinds of issues -- property law, agency/employment law, etc. But the best part is that he has to keep writing about the Sox winning the World Series. Heh.
I totally know where you're coming from on Eternal Sunshine. I waited forever and a day to see that movie and when I finally did, I was so beyond happy. Great movie. Just wonderful. The casting was fantastic -- Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet owned that film. Even though I've never been nuts about Charlie Kaufman, I loved the script. Bloody brilliant. I'm glad you finally saw it and I'm even more glad that you liked it!
Hee! Yes, I absolutely loved it. I was a little skeptical over Jim Carrey -- I don't dislike him, but I figured he would be hammy as usual. He was really stunning here -- I forgot I was watching Jim Carrey. I don't think I've ever done that before. And I've loved Kate Winslet since Sense & Sensibility -- she's incapable of doing bad, or even average, work. ITA on the script, too -- just stunning.
And seriously, Kirsten Dunst must have the greatest agent in the entire damn world because she's in every movie. I swear, you can't swing a dead cat in Blockbuster without hitting a movie she's been in.
