oh and i am uber proud of you for running! the first day is hard to get up and do it... but doing it the second day takes some seriously discipline!

i know i'm going to try to do it everyday, except maybe weekends, to get back in some kind of shape! i had to quit smoking cigarettes too cause i felt like i was dying. so it's all working out for the best i suppose!
