Lifeless idilicy

£140 lighter, 3 days later and the liter and a half of Jack Daniels is just about out of my system.

I keep slipping into day dreams, where I'm not really thinking about anything at all, i'm just shutting down for a few minutes while awake. It's so very peaceful, up until I realise I'm at work, and snap out of it and try to look like I was just deep ( Read more... )

Happy birthday! :D

What moochers!

Wow.....it's funny because you said to come upstairs...she just played it like that I guess. A terrible play, but you know, you got the hint.

Valid point...it was your party lol. Fucking women indeed haha

That's always good!

She's not spoken to me since the party, only 1 passing tweet when she was replying to something I'd said about my new glasses.

Putting her out of my mind. I've got 100, 1 minute rounds of fighting to get through on Sunday!

Happy Birthday! I remember that LJ reminded me that your birthday was coming up. I feel bad that it slipped my mind. :( But happy 25th regardless. I feel young next to you. Although the daydream things you described, I have something similar happen to me. But I think I would describe them more as "brain zaps" since I suppose that's what Google calls them. They are unpleasant and cause a momentary... I guess you could say, "pause" in my thinking process.

And I love how people don't want anything until someone else is paying for it. :/

I have yet to see Transformers 3, but I don't doubt the accuracy of your evaluation at all. It sounds about right.

And yeah, you should think twice about that girl... she sounds like the type that will only go to you when she has a need for you. I mean, what do I know? I am a girl and you and Jon are all "fuck women" so I guess I don't see it from a guy's standpoint. There are better women out there though.

We are all unique, and i totally respect and understand that individuals, through social grouping, sex, age, race shouldn't be stereo typed, but it's hard not to when people live up to those stereo types.

Out of all of my ex's, and romantic encounters, Cassie, Nicky, Tara, Caz, Stacy, Rachel and Jodie, only Tara didn't treat me like shit in the end, but she was 33 and her maturity probably was the cause of her knowing how to let me down gently.

I know good women, the problem is, they are all in stable relationships, with my friends and many have been for quite a long time! (because they're good women!)

Photo of me in my glasses, the girl is Jodi, the girlfriend of a friend of mine called Stu, they've been together for 10 years since high school, it's quite sweet.

That's something I noticed as well. The maturity level of the person you are with has a huge impact on the stability and the way the relationship works out. But, I mean, I suppose that is common sense, yeah?

There are a lot of decent woman who probably have the same mindset of "Fuck men," so you never know.

Glasses look very good on you! I approve!
