Let's Kiss: an invitation for a kiss. Perhaps the candy more than the actual physical act especially if you recieve this in third grade. In the case that you're speaking of the candy then, most probably, they mean to say that the two of you should both temporarily transmutate into a Hershey (tm) Kiss. ...since I've seen you and since I've expressed my love for you Miss Evelyn Green. Here's a note though, I love you and... and... (wait for it)... and... I miss you. That's right. You! Because you make me laugh, because even the most comfortable little situations can become ackward little ones (in a good way) with you involved, and because I think we could have fun bowling together. (Though I'm not entirely sure about the latter of the three, I have a pretty good hunch.)
Anywho, I agree that you should beware little candy hearts and eat only the ones that say, "eat me," but still with caution, as you'll never know the true intent of it.

(smiley face): You're either accidently taking ecstacy or your candy knows something you don't. I would check your fly to see if it's unzipped, or your nose for buggers before consuming the candy and/or ecstacy.
