what do you plan on doing to 'get in shape' because i have been doing the same thing lately.
and as for counting calories, its kinda a dead art. just try to keep a total in your head and dont just go off and splurge. i passed up a double doozie today from the great american cookie co., and you DONT EVEN understand the kind of willpower that took. :)

haha, I just plug it in my phone and it counts for me.
I was going to my gym at my school and running for a half hour then lifting for another half hour. Then I sprained my ankle a week ago.
I kind of walked a little bit today. I should be able to run again in a week or two. Running fucking rocks for getting in shape. So I'm just gonna plan on running a few miles everyday with a moderate amount of weight lifting in between.
