Waking up and making a Decision (dated to July 5)

The day after the play was great. Which isn't to say that Geoffrey hadn't enjoyed everything to do with the play - well, he could've done without the extra drama, but such was life - but having a day with absolutely nothing to do but sleep and eat and fuck was fantastic. Highly recommended

"Hey," Duck whispers, still a little hoarse from the night before. He doesn't say anything else, in case Geoffrey's just turning over to sleep, and strokes a hand down his chest.

"Hey," says Geoffrey in return, stretching a little and hearing a few things crack. He turns his head and smiles. "Good morning."

"Morning." Duck stretches too, lifting both arms over his head and rocking side to side until every last joint has cracked to match Geoffrey's. "You're up early."

"Sunny morning," says Geoffrey, but that's not the reason at all. He suspects the reason is that after spending all day with Duck and then dreaming about him all night, the one thing he wants to do more than anything else is just see him again. "Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day."
