[The voice on the net today sounds a little odd, if you haven't run into Nagi yet. Not quite natural, a touch mechanical, although friendly enough.]
If you don't mind me asking, do you give your pokémon nicknames at all? If so, do you stick to a theme, or what do you go by to pick a name?

I have A-T, who's named after something important to me from home. Mikura is named after a friend because he reminds me of him. Spitfire is named after someone I respected, and it fit because he's a fire-type Pokémon.
Purin is what Jigglypuff is called in Japanese. Taillow looks like a swallow so I named him Tsubame. Usagi is Usagi because he looks like a bunny. Kumo is Kumo because her wings look like clouds. Muma is what Misdreavus is named in Japanese.
Blades is Blades because he has blades for arms, and Bel liked the name Bel so I named him that.

If you want to give yours names, you could just come up with a list of names that you like and see if they like any of them too. Like letting them pick from a list!

...I hope mine won't mind nicknames, though. Since I couldn't say their names properly to begin with.
