[Have a close up of the bottom half of her face.] Red light... Ah, there it is! [She backs off and sits down into a chair; clearly this is her room at the inn. Kasumi's smile brightens.]Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Tendou Kasumi. It is lovely to keep you all! This place is quite different than home, but it is like an adventure, isn't it? [Well, looks like this person is still outside. Behind him on the feed, there's a floating Castform, peering over his shoulder curiously.]

I'm afraid I have yet to reach a bigger town, so I can't give you any hint there. I do wish you luck on finding a kitchen to work with though.

Thank you, I hope to find one soon. I rather miss cooking. You are still on the road, sir?

Yes, I am. It has been a rather enjoyable walk so far, barely any rain at all. I'm hoping it'll stay that way.

I hope it does, as well. Camping can be very nice on beautiful days. Did your bag include an umbrella?

[The man on the other end smiles back, petting his Natu as it chirps softly.] I haven't found any, but the locals are very nice. You could ask if you could borrow their kitchen.

[Kasumi frowns slightly at the suggestion.]

Do you think so? I wouldn't wish to trouble anyone.

I'm sure a simple question to them won't bother them too much. Besides, they could teach you some recipes if you act nicely.

That is a thought. It couldn't hurt, could it?

Thank you for the suggestion, sir. I believe I will.

I'm pretty sure the only other kitchens you'll find are going to be in private dwellings or restaurants.

Or, well, if you're a breeder there's a portable stove in your poffin making kit, but...

I see. I suppose I could get an apartment in the future... How does one make money here?

The stove is nice for small things, Aoi-chan does like her dessert, but it is not suited for anything larger.

Pokemon battles, probably. Though, there might be employment... I'm not sure if contest victories pay. They didn't in the games that I remember...

I see... Well, that's really all I know about for certain. You could try asking around.

Someone has suggested that the townspeople may be willing to lend their kitchen. I will check for employment. How similar is this world to the games?

I am not sure of the contests, either, though they do look quite fun. I think I will wait until Mr. Dragon is more comfortable around crowds, however; he doesn't like to be around too many people at a time.

[The young man on the other end just smiles warmly. Nice to be always positive. Kelly the Hippopotas just shook her head at Dustin but copied him anyway.]

Nice to meet you Kasumi. I'm Dustin and this is Kelly. You could um... ask someone around a larger town about that? I'm still in Sandgem Town. Are you a cook?

[Kasumi returns his smile. It is good to see a happy face; not many here are.]>

It is nice to meet you as well, Dustin-kun, Kelly-chan. Has anyone gone to a larger place yet? I know there are those still traveling, perhaps when they reach their destination. Oh-- and my bag came with a train pass. I suppose I could you that at some point. Are you a trainer, then, traveling yourself? I am in Solaceon Town. It seems this place is for breeders.

I am not a chef by profession, but I do enjoy cooking. It could be said that cooking is what I do most often at home.
