I really miss the ocean. It's very soothing and beautiful. Plus I love beaches and looking for shells.

"Eklöf-Mauer"!

Ahahahahaha!
I knew about objectophilia... I guess, I read that or another article in German once... but she MARRIED the WALL?
Oh shit... what is she doing now? Is she a widow?

It doesn't mean anything in German, but it's a... perhaps Swedish name, I'd say.

Well, I don't know if it's so strange really. A considerable percentage of the men I know are car-sexual.

Really? As in they are aroused by their cars? not that they like having sex in cars? Which I would consider sort of normal. Similar to the naked girl on cars that men seem to like. But I don't think I've met a guy who was sexually attracted to his car in this extreme. Or none that have admitted it. Though some men do awfully preoccupied with their cars. Maybe Stephen King was onto something.

Both actually, but I was thinking of the former. The car is after all a phallus. Some men caress their cars more often than their wives. (Therefore, the more of a wanker a man is, the more he physically relates to his car, lol).

Stephen King usually is, I'd say. But I haven't read him much, what did you mean?

I agree with wanker/phallus/car theory. Something I've never had to worry about with Zog thank god.

King wrote Christine about a car that was sentient and in love with her owner. He eventually falls in love with it too. But things run afoul as usually the case in his novels, heh.
