So how many of you guys have a landline? Do you have a cell phone in addition? Which do you use more? Do you have a landline because you've had one for years and years already?

We haven't had a landline in years and just use our cells. Zog and I both have one. But then through most of our adult lives we never had a phone.

I have both. I've had a landline forever and family in town always call that line. But when I make a call myself I almost always use my cell phone.

We've always had a landline, my mom is using it all day. I don't like making or receiving telephone calls and I'm pretty straightforward to my friends that I do not like to be called just because, their calls have to be about something in particular and even then I'm pretty harsh over the phone lol

I do have a cellphone, two even hahaha (one is the one I have in case of emergencies cause it's super reliable and always gets signal, the other I randomly found in the street and never got claimed so I kept it, it's a nice one and I only use it to text message a friend who never gets my messages from the other cellphone), same rules apply though hah

I got both here! Same reason as Roderick... my parents use landline to call Taiwan, but I use cell phone all the time... I use my mobile to get on AIM at work, I use my mobile to check my email and I use my mobile to check weather.

I think instances of only cells were more prevalent in america from my experience, but I am noticing Australia moving that way a little. But land lines still very much have their place here. Mobile to Mobile calls are still too expensive.
