So I haven't been on in hella days, and I wasn't even busy lol. I was off work for about two weeks because of my back which means... I'M BROKE right now ugh. I got two cortisone/cortisol shots. Idk which one it is. Made my back feel numb the first day but it hasn't been hurting. Yet. We'll see. I have a follow up appt and if it's still hurting I

How did you hurt your back- and what medications have you tried to alleviate the pain.

i hurt it from working i think. it's just years of wear and tear but they said it's rare for someone my age to have as much degeneration in my discs that i do. and i also have a bulging disc :( and i don't use any meds i'm trying not to because i was taking a whole bunch of pills for awhile and i stopped all of them. i wasn't addicted i just don't like taking an assload of medicine lol. btw who is this? i think i know but i don't know for sure
