Oh yeah, Bricklink is great for getting parts and stuff. But I only ever bought one set on there. The prices seem pretty high for sets. On the other hand, I've bought something like 15 sets on eBay, both used and new, over the past 5 years. 2 or 3 of the used ones were missing pieces, but that's what Bricklink's for. :D
Really? I'm curious. Is it because of the instant gratification thing? Is it because you don't wanna get sniped by 1 cent on the last second? Man, I hate that.
To me, as a buyer, the Buy-It-Now prices always seem so high. And on the auctions I've bid on that had a Buy-It-Now, the final bid usually wound up being lower. I guess it depends on what you bid on, or who you buy from.
