Hit another PR this morning!

My morning workout today was max weight dumbbell Thrusters. This is a Thruster:

While the video shows bar Thrusters, I did dumbbell Thrusters. They are much harder as you have to concentrate on your form quite a bit to ensure each dumbbell is moving at the same rate. My 15 reps were ( Read more... )

Sometimes we have workouts involving Thrusters and Snatches... just saying... ;)
