It seems that this year has been the most difficult one in terms of staff. I sent one to jail, another flight sent one home for harrassment and then the rest of the staff is very inexperienced so it's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything on their own. It has improved slightly but most of them still require apron strings. It's sad
