My sister lives in a small, central North Carolina city. Apparently two or three days ago there was a news broadcast that stated Charlotte may begin to feel the gasoline shortage plaguing other southern states. Hmmm, normally I wait until my tank is almost empty before refilling. Perhaps it's a better idea for us all to change our habits so that we refill at only half-empty: much less chance for ohnoiNEEDtogettoworkchurchstore panic.
