Pretty Polonaise - Help?

A friend just gave me a polonaise that she had started a few years ago for her sister, who no longer wants it. So pretty! Cream & tan striped cotton, scattered with pink flowers (cabbage roses and not quite period gerber daisies). You are a wealth of information. :) And I should have thought to check out marquise.de earlier; I tend to use just the late 1800s/early 1900s sections and forget about the rest.
